Aaron Kyle is a specialist Project, Construction and Engineering Arbitrator, Mediator, Lawyer and Expert Determiner specialising in Arbitration, Adjudication, Litigation and construction disputes and transactions for construction, engineering, mining, oil and gas projects and other types of construction project disputes.

Having gained experience in practical roles across all types of construction industries including residential, commercial, medical, mining, infrastructure, mining and industrial construction, Aaron is well versed in significant and confidential transactions, disputes, defects, costings, delays and other claims relating to arbitration and litigation disputes forming the bulk of his expertise always achieving practical and commercial outcomes.

Aaron is an admitted Lawyer in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia. Aaron has studied a combined Juris Doctor (Law) / Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice as well as training as an accredited Mediator under the Australian Mediator and Dispute Resolution Accreditation Standards (AMDRAS). Other qualifications include a Bachelor Construction Management (Hons), Graduate Diploma Mining Engineering and dual qualifications as a Licensed Builder / Building Practitioner in multiples States in Australia. Aaron is well respected for his practical experience and knowledge amongst the legal fraternity including Solicitors, Counsels, Barristers and Senior Members within the Superior Courts of Australia and Tier 1 practising Lawyers internationally. Aaron is also a Fellow of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA) and is listed on ACICA’s Panel of Arbitrators.
